Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage. Garden and small rear patio with furniture and shed. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Parking is at the side of the cottage, against the gable end. Please park prettily to allow others to pass. Note: The rear garden is not secure and there are steps from the patio area, so please take care. Children should always be supervised. Note: There is a right of way at the front of the cottage for the neighbouring cottage.
