Snug (seats 4) with electric woodburner-effect fire. Ground floor utility.

With six ground floor bedrooms, four king-size doubles, two with en-suites, and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite, it sleeps twelve comfortably. There is also a ground floor bathroom and utility, and a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas. Outside Woodlands is a shared garden area, off road parking for six cars, and great walking from the doorstep, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District.
