Basin and WC. 1 x Twin bedroom (zip-linkable to 6' double on request) with en suite shower-room. laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer); loo; little play den for small children. Lower ground floor sitting room with wood burning stove, pool table, table football, and glazed doors to garden. First floor conservatory with views over the garden and lake and gallery landing with reading area. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk in shower and two washbasins.

Central heating, open fire with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for seven cars. Childrens play area, barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Dogs are not permitted in the dining hall.
