Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room (seats 6) with dining area (seats 6) with gas fire and woodburner.
Gas central heating with woodburner and gas fire. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside cottage on first come, first served basis. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pubs and harbour 1 mile. Note: Max. 6 adults and 8 people in total.
