The accommodation for The Grove is spread across three interconnecting units. Each one is entirely self contained, but literally across a small walk way is the next property. The flexibility of the accommodation makes it possible to either eat separately or altogether - you decide and simply advise the owners in advance of your arrival.Hazelnut and Cobnut (sleep 8 each)Each cottage has a large open living space to easily accommodate people comfortably. A large table can be laid up for 22 (if required) in Hazelnut.There are two fully equipped kitchens.There are 8 bedrooms across these two barns, one each on the ground floor with an Ensuite Shower Room. Upstairs in each barn there are a further three bedrooms with three bathroom/shower rooms.Chestnut Barn (sleeps 6)This barn is similarly spacious with an open plan living space including the third fully equipped kitchen, plus dining table.There is, also, a bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room downstairs, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms with two more bathrooms.In summary there are 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with each bed able to be arranged as two singles or zipped together as a King size bed. You choose!Outside Each barn has its own terrace garden area with table and chairs. There is also a separate games room (shared with the 4th propertry - Walnut) which has a table tennis table, table football, and pool table too. There are both individual and communal bar b qs (with covered seating area) for guests to use.Pets Welcome at a charge of �30 per dog. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair available. Heating and Electricity included. Logs to help start your holiday available for the log burner, more available at cost. WiFi Available. During times of peak demand, full weeks only with Friday start (unless last minute). The Grove is a secluded holiday cottages located in Notgrove, Gloucestershire. It is situated within a 1500 acre country estate. The property was constructed within an ecologically sound framework using craftsmen with local materials along modern technologies such as thermal panels. The property is spread across interconnecting units, each one entirely self-contained with a small walkway between. Each cottage has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. A table can be set up in one cottage to accommodate all twenty two guests if needed. You will find one bedroom each on the ground floors with an en suite shower room and WC. Upstairs has a further three bedrooms with three bath and shower rooms and WC. One of the barns has a further one bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC downstairs, and two more bedrooms with two bathrooms and WC upstairs. There are eleven bedrooms in total, across the two properties. There is a separate games room with table tennis, table football and a pool table. Outside has a garden and terrace with a table and chairs, as well as individual and communal barbecues.
