The cottage oozes character, retaining plenty of original features that combine with a high quality modern kitchen and bathroom to provide most comfortable accommodation. The conveniently located cottage is also extremely environmentally friendly with solar photovoltaic panels, so throughout daylight hours the cottage draws its own green electricity. The use of a heat pump and thermal store maximise use of the onsite power generation. This peaceful spot forms an ideal hub to explore this lovely area, with both Blackpool and Slapton Sands a few miles in one direction, the River Dart and Dartmouth that offers a wide range of water sport and recreation opportunities, busy marinas, picturesque buildings and excellent restaurants, in the other. Dartmouth Golf Club is within a 5 minutes drive along with Woodlands Leisure Park, a great day out for the children.
