Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Multiple patios, lawns, gardens and decking with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Unfenced pond close by, children to be supervised. No stag/hen parties. No parties. No under 12s allowed at the property. Property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as the stairs to the upper level are steep. Note: if any additional persons are found to be sleeping in the property they will be charged at £150.00 per head per night. Note: Pets not permitted at the property.
