The Coach House; 1 x kingsize double with shower, 1 x twin with basin. Sitting room with woodburning stove, kitchen with breakfast table. Bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Ground floor WC.

Cider Cottage 1 x super king-size double with small kitchenette, WC and basin

Central heating with woodburning stove and gas fire. Aga, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TV, Xbox One games console, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Ample off road parking . 6 Well-behaved dogs welcome, more by arrangement. Sorry no smoking. Note: Check in time 4pm. Note: There is a pond in the garden, children should be supervised.

Stoneleigh is a superb country house in the popular North Devon town of Northam. This striking house offers flexible accommodation including the main house, a coach house and cider cottage. Together they can sleep seventeen people in nine bedrooms, sharing seven bath/shower rooms, four doubles; one with four poster bed, four twins and a single room. Comfortable, and well loved, there are two reception rooms; a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a lovely drawing room. Overlooking the rear garden is a large formal dining room, once the library and there's a well equipped kitchen. A games room has a handsome billiards table, whilst a second gaming room has a TV and games console, ensuring that there's always plenty to do. Outside is a large garden with lawn and pond sheltered by mature trees. Stoneleigh is a unique and remarkable home from home, ideal for large gatherings of friends or family.
