Lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and BBQ. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 4.5m x 9.1m, depth 1.2m-1.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Toddler pool (shared, 3m x 2.7m, depth 0.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Note: Steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
