All second floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x master king-size, with an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, and 2 x double. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Dining area that can seat up to 8 guests and 1 x double sofa bed. Kitchen that can seat up to four guests. Living area. Additional sitting room.
Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Property has no garden. Note: Pay and display car parking available at De La Warr Pavilion opposite De La Warr View (Between the hours of 20.00 and 08.00 hrs it is free of charge. Charges during the day are £1.50 for one hour, £2.50 for two hours, £4.50 for four hours, max hours £5.00. There is also ‘free’ 2-hour road-side parking around the area which is lifted between 6pm and 8am or unlimited out of zone areas a short walk from the holiday let). Note: Open fire is non operational.
