Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking, plus additional parking in layby 20 yards from cottage. Bike storage. Front raised garden area, plus natural hillside wooded side garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Crog loft bedrooms are accessed by steep open tread stairs and are open to the stairs at the top. Also both bedrooms have low level beds, sloping ceilings and one has low head height, care should be taken and they are not suitable for guests with limited mobility or children under 9 years old. Note: Side hillside garden is steep and is not suitable for limited mobility guests. Note: Limited mobile signal from some networks. Note: The cottage is close to the road, some associated noise may be heard. Note: Cottage accessed via five steps from the road. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there's roadside parking with parking available in a layby 20 yards from the property, plus there's a front raised garden area and a natural hillside wooded side garden with furniture. Noddfa is a lovely family base for exploring Snowdonia.
