Fuel for fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawn and patio with table, chairs and a summer house. Sorry, no smoking (smoking allowed outside only). Well-behaved pet (s) allowed, more than one on special request. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 2 minute drive, advisable not to walk to the pub due to unsuitable roads. Note: There are many steep steps up to cottage, may not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: there is a fenced pond in the garden, pets must be supervised. Note: This property only accepts adults.
