Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: There is a spiral staircase to the mezzanine, not suitable for elderly or infirm guests and toddlers/young children should be supervised at all times.
