Power charged via meter reading (first €5 inc. in rent per day). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Shared front courtyard with furniture and access to shared lawn and children’s play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

This first floor apartment can sleep five people in one double bedroom and a family room along with a shower room. There is also an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with a balcony. The apartment is set around a Georgian courtyard and within the grounds there is an opportunity to use the children's playground, BBQ area, football pitch and running track.
