Oil central heating with woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Please note: bookings must all fall within a Saturday to Saturday. Note: Check-in is 4pm
