Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared patio and lawned gardens with terraces and seating areas, BBQ, croquet lawn, badminton net and tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour 2 mins walk. Private access to beach 2 mins walk. Note: Small step up to entrance door and small step down from patio doors to sun terrace. Note: Gardens and access to beach are shared with the main house and the other apartment. Note: Pond with safety grid in shared grounds, children to be supervised. Note: Beach huts available to rent during your stay direct from the owners. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Located amongst stunning, shared gardens and with a private path leading directly to the beach, this property is excellently placed.
