Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Utility. Kitchen. Dining room (seats 14). Sitting room (seats 7) with open fire. Snug (seats 2).

LPG central heating with open fire. Gas cooking range with double oven and hob, 2 x microwaves, fridge/freezer, additional fridge in bar, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach and hot tub towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars and parking for boat trailers. Private enclosed side and rear lawned garden with decking, furniture and BBQ. Covered patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and beach 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are two internal steps down to the kitchen and dining area.

The Orchard is a lovely detached house situated close to the village of Abersoch just six miles from Pwllheli. The house can sleep ten people in one ground floor king-size double with en-suite, one double, one family room and one ground floor twin together with bathroom and shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with open fire together with a snug room. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private enclosed lawn. The Orchard is a lovely family home from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.
