Sorry, no smoking. Cafes, pubs and shops 3 mins walk. Note: Please provide own beach towels. Note: Decking area has steps down to a sloping lawn. Note: Garden is unfenced, children and dogs to be supervised at all times. Note: The walk up-hill from the village is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. Note: There is a step down to the open-plan conservatory.
