Conservatory with sitting area (seats 8), dining area (seats 8) and woodburner. Shared games area with pool table and table tennis.

Electric range oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 52" TV with full Sky, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. The Farmhouse is a spacious detached character property on an organic farm three miles from Aberaeron. The property has six bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one with an en-suite, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. There is a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom, along with a kitchen, sitting room with woodburner and large conservatory with dining area and comfy seating as well as a second woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars, a private patio with furniture and BBQ, small lawn and shared grounds including a large grassed area, play area, games barn and fishing lakes. The Farmhouse makes a wonderful base for a group to enjoy the coast and countryside of this part of Wales.
