Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and Hot Tub. Shared use of large lawned area with children's play area. Shared use of lake fishing (catch and release). Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage accessed down lane, some of which is not tarmaced so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Note: Property does not provde any towels for hot tubs.
